In many countries, including Germany, it’s mandatory to wear some sort of protection when you go outside. It’s almost impossible to buy face masks as they’re sold out everywhere. Luckily we can crochet our own! This cute mouse or cat face mask is easy to make, fun to wear and will look super Miceπ on you!
Note: this mask will not replace the ultimate preventative practice of hand washing or social distancing nor prevent you from contracting a respiratory illness. It’s just a fun way to cover your mouth.

What is the weight of the yarn being used for these cute masks? I can’t tell if you used DK or sport weight or lace. Thanks!
Alice
Lace and dk will both work π§Ά

hello allice
i saw your kitty face mask pattern and thought how glad we don’t have to wear them daily
anymore
but i thought if i made face masks again the cat mask would lift peoples by making them smile
thank you spend the time and hard work for designing the mask
i had a thought i would work a loop 1 on each side or a little pocket then fit a panty guard in this way the mask could be worn daily just changing the panty guard daily
