The abbreviation is usually Bps<\/strong>. Blocked Puff stitches are a variation of puff stitches and have a more open structure. You can also make staggered, stacked, zigzag and braided puff stitch rows. Even though it is not a difficult stitch, you might have to practice getting the right tension. With my photo and video tutorial below you\u2019ll see that it\u2019s a fun and simple stitch. Start with 26 chains
Row 1 <\/strong>
1 sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across, turn (25 total)
Row 2<\/strong>
ch 1, 1 sc in next 3 stitches, *ch 3, skip 3 stitches, dc in next stitch, work a ps<\/strong> around the dc, ch 3, skip 3 stitches, 1 sc in next 5 stitches<\/em>*, ch 3, skip 3 stitches, dc in next stitch, work a ps<\/strong> around the dc, ch 3, skip 3 stitches, 1 sc in last 3 stitches, turn (25 total)
Row 3
<\/strong>ch 1, 1 sc in each stitch and 3 sc in each chain space across, turn (25 total)
Row 4
